Before you decide.
Why €149 fixed on Foundation but “starting from” on Operations?
Foundation covers a standard scope — up to 20 active students with core modules. Operations pricing depends on your active training volume, org complexity, and which advanced modules you need. A demo conversation lets us size it accurately.
Can we start on Foundation and expand later?
Yes — staged adoption is a core design principle. You can launch on Foundation and activate fleet, compliance, finance, or marketplace modules as your operations grow. Nothing is locked in at onboarding.
How are Beta and Planned features handled?
Beta modules are available for opt-in evaluation — they are functional but may evolve before general release. Planned features are not yet available and have no committed timeline. Neither is included in your base plan. Your core plan pricing covers only live capabilities.
What does ‘active student’ mean?
An active student is one with an enrollment in progress or a training record updated in the billing period. Graduated students, alumni, and archived records do not count toward your band.
Do you offer annual contracts?
Yes. Annual contracts typically reflect a lower effective monthly rate. This is discussed during the demo conversation once we’ve confirmed scope.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You decide whether to continue. There’s no automatic charge — your account transitions only when you confirm the plan and terms with us.
