List yourself as an examiner

There is one form, on purpose. An examiner listing is an instructor listing that declares the FE rating — so this is the instructor form, and ticking FE is what places you on the examiner directory. One declaration, one place to change it.

Ratings are self-reported by the person listed. GA Flight does not verify them, and says so on every profile.
