A flying day, end to end
The same order a club already works in. Nothing is entered twice, and nothing is entered after the fact unless somebody says why.

Prepare
Who is here, which gliders are out, winch or aerotow, and who is answerable for the day. The product says what is still missing before it lets the day open.

Queue
A line waits its turn with its crew and its launch method. Reordering is one action, and it is the queue that moves — not a row that gets retyped.

Launch
One confirmation records the departure, once. The time comes from the server, not from whichever device happened to be used.

Watch
What is airborne sits at the top of the screen with its elapsed time. No threshold, no alert, no colour change: the product never implies it is watching a flight.

Land
One tap ends the flight and gives the glider and the crew back to the queue. A confirmed outlanding ends the flight too — it is not left in the air with a note.

Correct
A correction keeps the previous value, the new one, who made it, when, and a reason chosen from a short list. Nothing is overwritten and nothing is deleted.

Close
The day refuses to close over a glider still in the air or a queue still holding lines. Reopening is possible, and it is recorded with its reason.

Every closed day becomes the club’s own record: filter it, read it, print it, export it to a spreadsheet.

The day cannot open with a blocking gap, and every correction after the fact is attributed and explained.
The treasurer
A filtered period, a total, and a spreadsheet. GA Flight Gliding does not keep your members’ accounts and does not invoice them — it gives you the flights they flew.
Coming from somewhere else
People, gliders and launch methods are imported from a spreadsheet, previewed before anything is written, and applied in one go or not at all.
The data stays yours
Each club is isolated at the database level, not only in the application. Every change is written to an append-only trail. You can export everything at any moment, and if the subscription ends you keep reading and exporting — only recording stops.
What this is not
It is not an official register, it replaces no regulatory document, and it certifies nothing. It records what the club records, and says so on every page it prints.
Early access. The product is complete enough to run a flying day end to end, and no club has yet run one on it. We would rather tell you that now than after you have adopted it.

€29 a month for the club, plus €0.15 per recorded flight — members, instructors and admins unlimited. A free trial with no card, and nothing renews without being shown to you first.
The gliding console is online and registration is open. It is not a regulatory record.
Questions clubs ask
- What happens when the network drops?
- The board keeps recording on the device that holds it, and sends what it captured when the connection returns. Anything captured with an uncertain clock is flagged for somebody to look at rather than silently trusted.
- Can two people hold the board at once?
- No, and that is deliberate. One device holds the board at a time; another can take it over, and the takeover is recorded with a reason. Two authoritative boards is how a day ends with two different answers.
- Do pilots enter their own flights?
- Not today. A central operator holds the board, which is how the clubs we met actually work. It is a decision we can revisit — and if we do, a pilot would submit a request, never an authoritative departure time.
- Does it handle member accounts and billing?
- No. Club accounting is out of scope on purpose. What GA Flight Gliding gives your treasurer is the flights, filtered and exportable; what your club charges for them stays where it is today.
- Which launch methods are supported?
- Winch and aerotow, including a club that uses both. Self-launch is not built: no club we met operates one, and adding it later is a small additive change rather than a redesign.
