Transparent Pricing
One price. No surprises.
€49 per month plus €1.50 per logbooked flight hour — with volume discounts and an optional monthly cap. You see your live flight-hour count and your projected monthly and annual invoice in the app, before anything is billed.
The Core Offer
One plan for every operation.
No tiers to decode, no scope to negotiate. A flat monthly floor plus a small charge for what you actually fly.

GA Flight Gliding
For gliding clubs. Unlimited members, instructors and admins.
€29/ month / club
Club subscription
€0.15/ recorded flight
Per flight recorded
- Unlimited members
- Unlimited instructors
- Unlimited admins
Why not per user
A winch circuit can last six minutes or five hours, so charging by the hour would punish a good day. And charging per member makes a club ask whether it should really create an account for the fourteen people who barely fly — we want the opposite.
What that comes to
- 1,000 flights a year — €498, about €41.50 a month
- 3,000 flights a year — €798, about €66.50 a month
- 5,000 flights a year — €1,098, about €91.50 a month
Early access. The gliding console is in development with design-partner clubs, and nothing renews without being shown to you first.
Pilot EFB
A school-connected electronic flight bag.
A standalone monthly subscription for the pilot companion app — an advisory, school-connected electronic flight bag. The best rate you qualify for is applied automatically. This is an advisory aid, not an approved means of navigation.

Common Questions
Before you decide.
How does the pricing work?
It is one offer for everyone: a €49 monthly floor plus €1.50 per logbooked flight hour. The floor covers the full platform; the per-hour charge scales with what you actually fly. Volume discounts apply automatically — €1.20/h once you pass 150 flight-hours in a month, €0.95/h past 400 — and you can set an optional monthly cap so the bill never exceeds a ceiling you choose.
What counts as a billable flight hour?
The billable unit is the flight hour: the sum of the durations of flights that have been operationally approved and recorded in your organisational logbook. Drafts, cancelled sorties, and entries not yet approved do not count. This is comparable to the per-hour unit incumbents use, positioned as a premium, fully-integrated product.
Is the console free for individual pilots?
Yes. A pilot uses the console at no cost — the organisation pays the usage. If you are a student or pilot enrolled with a GA Flight club or ATO, you log in, fly, and keep your records without paying anything for the console itself.
Will I get a surprise bill?
No. You see your live flight-hour count, your running total, and your projected monthly and annual invoice in the app at any time — before anything is billed. You can also set an optional monthly cap so your usage charge never exceeds a ceiling you choose. No hidden fees.
What does the EFB subscription cost?
The pilot EFB is a standalone monthly subscription, and the best rate you qualify for is applied automatically: €9.90/month for an independent pilot (about €99/year), €6.90/month for a pilot who is a member of a club or ATO, €4.90/month for a student in training, and free for active instructors. Organisations can instead buy and assign seats at €4/month per seat. It is an advisory, school-connected aid — not an approved means of navigation.
Do you offer annual contracts and is migration really free?
Annual contracts typically reflect a lower effective monthly rate, confirmed during your demo. Migration is genuinely free: guided CSV import via the Migration Center, with mapping hints and a 30-day rollback, at no charge — there is no automatic charge during your 14-day guided trial either.
Still have questions?
A 30-minute demo is the fastest way to see the live billing dashboard and confirm the numbers for your organisation.
